Consultations

A structured, personalised approach to understanding and managing your health.

If you’re dealing with ongoing symptoms that don’t feel clear, consistent, or easy to manage on your own, this is where we can work together.

Many of the people I see feel like they’ve tried multiple approaches, but nothing has fully made sense — or the same symptoms keep coming back in different ways.

How I work

My approach is centred around understanding what’s actually driving your symptoms — not just managing them.

We start by looking at your full picture: your symptoms, your history, your patterns, and how your body is responding.

I combine detailed case-taking with pathology interpretation and more advanced testing where appropriate, always guided by what will add the most clarity.

Rather than jumping straight into complex protocols, I focus on creating clarity first — because the same symptom can often have multiple drivers, and until we reduce the noise, it’s difficult to clearly see what’s actually driving things.

From there, we take a structured, step-by-step approach — using more targeted support or testing where it’s helpful, including early on when it’s clearly indicated.

What to expect

Your initial consultation is detailed and focused on understanding your individual situation.

This includes:

  • Comprehensive case-taking

  • Review of symptoms and patterns

  • Pathology interpretation

  • Clear explanation of what we can see so far, and what may be contributing to your symptoms

  • A structured plan to start reducing the noise and understanding things more clearly over time

The goal is not just to give you a plan, but to help you understand what’s happening in your body and why.

Who this is for

This approach is best suited if you:

  • Feel confused about what to eat or how to manage your symptoms

  • Have symptoms that don’t follow clear patterns

  • Have tried different approaches without lasting results

  • Want a structured, thoughtful approach rather than trial and error

  • Want to understand your body, not just follow instructions

Over time

We usually start with more regular appointments, so we can understand how your body is responding and begin to stabilise your symptoms.

As things become clearer and more consistent, appointments are gradually spaced further apart — allowing us to make sure changes are holding and your body is continuing to move in the right direction.

From there, care often shifts into a more long-term, proactive approach — with periodic check-ins to review symptoms, patterns, and pathology, and make sure everything stays on track.

The aim is not to keep you coming back for frequent appointments, but to help you reach a point where you feel confident understanding and managing your own health — with the option to check in over time to stay on track and support a more proactive, long-term approach.
